This project transformed a set of dated, 1990s builder-grade kids’ and guest bathrooms into three distinct spaces, each with its own personality. Rather than treating the bathrooms as a matching suite, the design approach focused on creating individual identities through thoughtful combinations of color, tile, countertops, fixtures, cabinetry, and lighting. With a limited scope of design services, selections were curated to balance function, durability, and visual impact. Selections included paint colors, wall and floor tiles, and countertops as well as sourcing vanity cabinets, plumbing fixtures and decorative lighting and mirrors. A coordinated set of design drawings was also developed to clearly communicate the design intent, tile patterns and layouts, and finish details. These documents provided the client’s contractor with the information needed to execute the vision accurately, resulting in three refreshed bathrooms that have unique personality!
